Full-motion cab for driver certification
This 6-DOF motion platform recreates the exact cabin layout and driving physics of the Bangladesh railway fleet. The structure starts as a steel frame on electric actuators. We then clad it with a 1:1 cab shell, install functional controls, and sync the visual system to real route data.

Each panel is hand-cut and fitted on site to match the original rolling stock geometry, ensuring trainees experience the same vibrations, sightlines, and control feel as in service.

From framework to final testing, the simulator is built for endurance. The motion base is calibrated to replicate track conditions, gradients, and emergency braking. Instructors can trigger faults and weather scenarios while monitoring driver response in real time.
